The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the CSEET November 2025 result today, November 20, 2025. Candidates can check and download their results directly from the official website icsi.edu using their unique ID and date of birth. The e-Result-cum-Marks Statement, including subject-wise scores, is now available for all candidates.

CSEET 2025 Qualifying Criteria
To pass the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET), candidates must:
- Score at least 50% aggregate marks.
- Obtain a minimum of 40% in each paper.
- Note: There is no negative marking in the exam.
Exam Details
The November 2025 CSEET was conducted online on November 8 and 10, 2025, using a remotely proctored format, allowing candidates to appear from home under real-time monitoring.
CSEET Exam Pattern
The test assesses candidates in four key areas:
- Business Communication
- Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
- Economic and Business Environment
- Current Affairs & Quantitative Aptitude
Candidates were not allowed to use calculators, pen/pencil, or paper/notebooks during the exam, as per ICSI guidelines.
Additional Information
CSEET is conducted four times a year — January, May, July, and November — giving aspirants multiple opportunities to join the Company Secretary course. According to the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Company Secretary qualification is equivalent to a postgraduate degree, enhancing both its academic and professional value.
