Trump Targets Biden Executive Orders, Claims Without Evidence Autopen Used

Former US President Donald Trump speaking at a podium, criticizing Joe Biden’s executive orders and alleging use of an autopen for signing.

Washington, D.C.: Former US President Donald Trump announced plans to cancel most of the executive orders signed by President Joe Biden, claiming—without evidence—that Biden had not personally approved them.

In a post on social media, Trump alleged that “radical left lunatics” surrounding Biden at the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office used an autopen to sign Biden’s name on executive orders, effectively taking the presidency away from him.

The autopen, a signature machine, has been widely used by US presidents for decades to handle routine documents. Notably, Trump himself has also used an autopen for signing certain official papers during his tenure.

This latest attack forms part of Trump’s ongoing criticism of his predecessor’s policies and highlights tensions as he positions himself ahead of potential future political moves.
