Honey Rose Starrer ‘Rachel’ Release Postponed to December 12

The highly anticipated film ‘Rachel’, featuring Honey Rose in a never-before-seen role, has had its release date postponed. Initially scheduled for December 6 as a multi-language Christmas release, the film will now hit theatres on December 12.

‘Rachel’ promises a cinematic experience blending love, nostalgia, conflict, hatred, and bloodshed. The recently released trailer highlights Honey Rose as Rachel, the daughter of a hunter from Pala, Pothupara Joychan, showcasing a drastically different avatar from her previous roles.

Directed by debutant Anandini Bala and co-produced/co-written by renowned Malayalam filmmaker Abrid Shine, the film also stars Baburaj, Roshan Basheer, Chandu Salimkumar, Radhika Radhakrishnan, Jaffer Idukki, Vineeth Thattil, Joji, Dinesh Prabhakar, Polly Valsan, and Vandita Manoharan in pivotal roles. Honey Rose plays a meat cutter, a character that has intrigued fans and critics alike. Baburaj plays the significant role of Joychan.

The first song from the film, “Kannil…,” is set to release tomorrow, adding to the excitement. The film is designed as a revenge thriller with high-octane sequences, violence, and dramatic storytelling, as indicated by the trailer and teaser. Posters featuring Honey Rose at the buffalo market have already received positive responses from audiences.
